How do I rate a client?
Once you completed an Assignment, you can rate the client based on the criteria below.
The rating you give is then calculated in the overall average of that company rating.
Important: When working in a team, only the Lead Solver can rate the client on behalf of the team. If your Lead is not available or you wish to change it, please contact your project consultant or our support team. Learn more
Here are the general steps that you can follow to rate the Assignment Owner
- Click to open the assignment that you just completed OR the ‘Ratings’ page in your profile
- View a modal named ‘Rate your experience’
- Click ‘Start rating’
- Rate each criteria from 1 to 5 starts
- Click ‘Next’ and ‘Previous’ to navigate through steps
- Add feedback for the Assignment Owner on: ‘What went well and what could have been improved?*’
- Click ‘Save & Continue’
- View a summary of your rating so far
- If happy with the rating, click ‘Submit rating’
- You are all set!
To rate your experience, we use the following criteria:
1. Clarity of Assignment
How would you rate the clarity of the Assignment?
The degree to which the Assignment scope is clearly defined and free from ambiguity.
Things that might be considered for rating this criteria**:**
- The goal of the assignment
- Requirements are well defined
- Clear expectations
- All terms, conditions, and compliance obligations are clear
2. Consistency of Scope
How would you rate the consistency on scope changes throughout the process?
The degree to which the scope was consistent throughout the process or to which any scope changes were properly agreed by all parties.
Things that might be considered for rating this criteria**:**
- Little to no scope changes during the process
- Any scope changes were properly communicated and agreed
3. Realistic Expectations
How would you rate the attainability of the expectations?
The degree to which the requirements and expectations regarding the desired results are fair and realistic.
Things that might be considered for rating this criteria**:**
- Expectations were realistic
- The desired results are achievable
- Possible to deliver in the given timeline
- Possible to deliver on the given budget
4. Access to necessary resources
How would you rate the access to must-have information and resources to complete the Assignment?
The degree to which the Assignment Owner has provided you the right information or resources to complete the assignment, if applicable.
Things that might be considered for rating this criteria**:**
- Access to relevant resources (websites; research papers; links; desired deliverable format; marketing material; tools; systems)
- Guidance with relevant resources needed for completing the assignment
5. Responsiveness
How would you rate the responsiveness of the Assignment Owner throughout the process?
The degree to which the Assignment Owner was quick to act or respond to questions.
Things that might be considered for rating this criteria**:**
- Quick to act upon request
- Quick response time when questions were asked
- Available to meet to clarify questions
- Quick on providing feedback
6. Degree of professionalism
How would you rate the level of professionalism of the Assignment Owner?
The degree to which the Assignment Owner exercised professionalism to execute the process well.
Things that might be considered for rating this criteria**:**
- Good attitude
- Ethics
- Punctuality
- Polite behaviour
- Integrity
- Competence
