Viewing records

Solvers can only submit records for active Roles. To access your active Roles, follow the steps below:

  1. Log In: Enter your email and password to log in to the platform.
  2. Navigate to Roles: From the left-hand menu, select ‘Roles.’
  3. Select Your Role: Choose the Role you want to manage.
  4. Open Logbook: Click on 'Logbook.'

In the logbook, you will see the active Solver, hourly rate, approved hours, submitted hours, and submitted records.

 

Accepting submitted records

Records become available for review once a Solver submits them, usually at the end of the month. To accept submitted records:

  1. Click on 'View' in the 'Submitted' section of the logbook.
  2. In the modal that opens, click 'Accept' to approve the records.

 

Rejecting submitted records

If you need to reject submitted records, follow these steps:

  1. Click on 'View' in the 'Submitted' section of the logbook.
  2. In the modal, click 'Reject.'
  3. Enter your rejection reason in the text field provided.
  4. Click 'Confirm' to finalize the rejection.

 

Viewing approved records and invoices

To view a detailed breakdown of the Solver's activities, you can access and download the invoice for a specific period:

  1. Click on 'View' in the 'Approved' section of the logbook.
  2. In the modal, click 'View.'

A new window will open displaying the invoice for the selected period.
