Viewing records
Solvers can only submit records for active Roles. To access your active Roles, follow the steps below:
- Log In: Enter your email and password to log in to the platform.
- Navigate to Roles: From the left-hand menu, select ‘Roles.’
- Select Your Role: Choose the Role you want to manage.
- Open Logbook: Click on 'Logbook.'
In the logbook, you will see the active Solver, hourly rate, approved hours, submitted hours, and submitted records.
Accepting submitted records
Records become available for review once a Solver submits them, usually at the end of the month. To accept submitted records:
- Click on 'View' in the 'Submitted' section of the logbook.
- In the modal that opens, click 'Accept' to approve the records.

To view a detailed breakdown of the Solver's activities, you can access and download the invoice for a specific period:
- Click on 'View' in the 'Approved' section of the logbook.
- In the modal, click 'View.'
A new window will open displaying the invoice for the selected period.
