Creating needs with AI

In this guide, we will walk you through the steps to generate, regenerate and import AI generated needs.

Generating needs

To generate needs with the help of AI follow these steps:

1. Open need creation: Click on 'Create need'. 

2. Toggle the AI switch: Click on the switch that says 'Use AI to create needs'. 

3. Add input: Click on the text field 'What can we help you with' and type in your business challenge or provide a URL to a relevant page.
4. Select a category: Click on category and select a field of work that best describes the field of work your need is in. 
5. Select a language: Click on language and select the language your needs should be generated in. 
6. Generate needs: Click on 'Generate' and wait a couple of seconds for your needs to be generated.

Regenerating needs

To regenerate your earlier needs, follow these steps:

1. Change input: Click on the text field 'What can we help you with' and type in your business challenge or provide a URL to a relevant page.
2. (Optional) Select a different category: Click on category and select a field of work that best describes the field of work your need is in. 
3. (Optional) Select a different language: Click on language and select the language your needs should be generated in. 
4. Generate needs: Click on 'Generate' and wait a couple of seconds for your needs to be generated.

Importing needs

To import your earlier generated needs, follow these steps:

1. Select needs: Click on the needs you want to move to your needs overview.
2. Click 'Use needs'. 
3. View needs: Your needs are now shown in the inbox column on your Needs overview.
