Starting your first assignment? That’s exciting! But, where do you start and how does it work? Here's what to expect.
How much do I pay?
After Solver(s) are handing in their final deliverable, you will have to rate the deliverables. The submitted deliverable will be rated based on a 5-star rating. If Solver(s) receive all 5 stars as a rating, then they will receive 100% of the deliverable budget. If they receive 4 stars as a rating, they will receive 80% of the deliverable budget and so on. The higher the score on their deliverable, the higher the amount to be earned. The payout towards Solver(s) does not include the blackbear commission and VAT (if applicable). Those are added on top of the deliverable budget.
How do teams work?
Solver(s) can choose to work on assignments alone or in a (small) team. It is up to them to decide if they want to work on the assignment as a team team or alone. When they work in a team, the established assignment budget will be split equally to all team members.
