In this guide, we will walk you through the steps to post your assignment.
Login -> Click on the card to open an assignment with status 'Approve & Post' -> Review information -> Click 'Request to Post'-> Select post date -> Approve assignment content and budget -> our Project Consultants will post your Assignment to Solvers and start sourcing for you
Steps to post your assignment
- Login to Blackbear with your company email. To create your first assignment, you need to log in to Blackbear using your company email. If you don't have a Blackbear account, you can buy a license with blackbear and you will get invited to our platform.
- Go to 'My Assignments' page
- Open assignment with status 'Approve & Post' by clicking on the assignment card. Only Assignments with this status can be posted. The status means that our Project Consultants have completed drafting your full assignment and is ready for your approval and for being posted towards our Solvers.
- Click 'Request to post'. Once an assignment has been reviewed by a blackbear Project Consultant and the description is ready and complete, you will need to review it and ‘Request to post’ if you are happy with it.
- Select post date
- Select a future date for post → the date selected is the date when you want your assignment to be posted and visible to our Solvers
- Accept the terms of the assignment and allocated budget by checking the box
- Click ‘Send request to post’
- View success message that ‘Request to post’ has been sent to our blackbear team
- View ‘Post requested’ status. You can view that the status of your assignment has changed to ‘Post requested’. Now, stand by and wait. Your assignment will go live on our platform on the selected post date as soon as our team approved the post.
- View ‘Post Planned’ or ‘Sourcing’ status. Once the assignment post is approved by a project consultant at blackbear, you will see that the status of the assignment has changed to “Post Planned” in case your assignment is set to go live on a specific date in the future or "Open" in case the assignment is already live.
- What happens next? Once you've requested to post your assignment, our Project Consultants will review your changes. Depending on the situation, they will either:
- Post the assignment to Solvers right away
- Schedule it to be posted on a specific date
- In case you made any changes to the assignment information, our team might reach out to you for additional information before posting it to Solvers.
