Learn About the Assignment Meetings

Once you have been accepted on an assignment, you will be invited to participate to a set of meetings with the client to align on next steps.

1. Alignment Meeting

Purpose

To align on the assignment needs, timeline and approach with the Assignment Owner (the client). 

Attendees

Project Consultant from blackbear, Assignment Owner and Solver(s).

What will be discussed

    • Short introduction
    • Talk about the assignment requirements, expectations, expected deadline and clarify any questions that Solver(s) might have
    • Planning for the upcoming weeks

2. Draft Meeting

Purpose

This meeting is a mid-process check-in and relevant to discuss the progress that has been made so far by the solver(s). Ideally, before this meeting, the solver(s) have submitted a draft deliverable via the platform for the assignment owner to review.

Attendees

Project Consultant from blackbear, Assignment Owner and Solver(s).

What will be discussed

    • Solver will present the progress they made so far
    • Feedback moment
    • Questions and next steps confirmation

3. Final Meeting

Purpose

This is the final meeting where solvers have to hold a presentation about their  deliverables so they can get a bit more feedback before they submit the final deliverable for rating.

Attendees

Project consultant, Assignment Owner and Solver(s).

What will be discussed

    • Present the final deliverable
    • Feedback moment
    • Questions
    • Solver(s) can hand in their final deliverable(s) for rating within the next days
