Changing your Rating

Learn how you can change your rating when requested by the blackbear team.

There may be instances where the rating criteria or the impact of the rating is unclear to new clients. In order to assist them in ensuring a fair rating and to provide an opportunity to change the rating, the blackbear team may occasionally reach out to you and request a rating change. However, you are not obligated to change your rating unless you agree with the reasoning provided.

Can I change my rating after submission without a request from blackbear?

Once you submitted your rating, you can not change it again unless our team has submitted a request for changing the rating. If you made a mistake and would like to change, please contact the Project Consultant that you worked with on the assignment.
