Changing your Password

The password for your blackbear account can be easily changed through your account's settings.

To change your password follow the steps below:

1. Log into your blackbear account and click on your Profile picture
2. Click 'Settings' from the drop-down menu
3. Select 'Account' from the left side menu
4. Click 'Change Password'
5. Insert 'Current password'
6. Input your 'New Password'
7. Insert again the new password in 'Confirm new password' field
8. Click 'Change password' to confirm the action
9. You will receive an email confirmation to your email address with confirmation of password changed
10. Click on the link in the email to continue and confirm action
11. After clicking on the link in the confirmation email, your new password is confirmed and updated
