Changing your Email Address

The email address associated with your blackbear account can be easily changed through your account's settings. 

How to change your email address when you have access to your blackbear account

To change your email:

1. Log into your blackbear account
2. Click on your Profile picture > 'Account'.
3. Click 'Change Email aAdress '
4. Input your new email address (under Email)
5. Insert your account password  
6. Click 'Change email'
7. View success message and status 'Awaiting confirmation' next to Email section
8. You will receive an email confirmation to your new email address. Click 'Confirm email address' in the email to continue.
9. After clicking on the link in the confirmation email, your new email is confirmed and updated.

No access to your blackbear account or the email registered to your account

Security is critically important at blackbear and we're happy to help you regain access to all areas of your blackbear account. In order to do so, we'll need you to answer a few questions.

1. If you no longer have access to your email account associated with blackbear, you need to fill in this form 
2. We’ll send you an email with the next steps (if it doesn’t arrive promptly, check your spam folder).
3. If urgent, you can also contact support and let them know about your issue
