Do I have any obligations when I subscribe to blackbear?

Our platform is open-ended. You can start and end your account whenever you like. However, the more assignments you finish successfully, the more earnings you receive and the more you get to know different companies, which is the goal we achieve for anyone who commits to blackbear.

Can I combine blackbear with a full-time job?

Yes you actually can! We have working professionals that are working full-time and solving assignments in the meantime. It is good to know that the duration of an assignment depends on the level of difficulty, but the average time that a solver works on an assignment is 2 to 3 weeks. This will not however, be full-time work.

How do I delete my account?

Click on your Profile Picture on top right corner > Account> Delete Account > Choose your reason to deactivate > Deactivate Account.

How do I verify my account so I can participate in assignments?

To be able to participate in assignments, you will need to verify your phone number, select your preferred payout method via Stripe (our payment provider) and set-up your profile.

We are working to keep blackbear secure and safe for everyone, and that includes making sure that people are who they say they are. We use a third-party vendor to verify your identity. We may also ask for additional confirmation about your location if needed.

In other words, our payment provider Stripe and blackbear must make sure that our solvers are genuinely who they claim to be.

To verify your account with blackbear you just have to follow the connection process with Stripe, our payment provider and verify your phone number via blackbear. To complete these steps:

1. Log into your blackbear account 
2. Go to Settings -> Account and follow the steps for phone verification
3. Go to Settings -> Payout -> and click 'Connect stripe' and follow the steps on the Stripe verification process
